How do I get started?

⒈ Enter your basic information HERE.

⒉ Schedule a 15 minute ‘Discovery Call’ with Coach Liz.

⒊ In your ‘Discover Call’ we chat about your goals, exercise and injury history. We will also discuss our program and see if we are a good fit for each other.

⒋ Join us for a class. Your first day is on us!

5. Join our Crossfit program and begin taking action toward your fitness goals!

Am I Ready to Join?

You are ready if:

• You want to build strength, increase your conditioning and create a healthier lifestyle

• Live or work within 25 min. of our facility

• Ready to commit to at least 3x a week of exercise

• Are coachable and ready to implement healthier habits

• Enjoy the energy of group classes
