2. EOMOM 10: handstand x 40s, 10 cossack squats.
3. Take ten minutes to hit a heavy weighted pull-up single. If you don't have unassisted pull-ups yet, do 3 sets of 3 jumping pull-ups for strength (jPLs).
4. "Rabbit Redux"
