2. Push press 2-2-2-2-2. Work up to the heaviest double you can handle today.
3. Calculate push press E1RM based on your heaviest effort.

Five rounds for time of
- 10 Push press @ 50% E1RM
- 15 Toes-to-bar
- 10 Burpees
LIII: GHD sit-ups
LII: Toes-to-bar, hanging straight leg raises, or supine leg raises, as appropriate
LI: Four rounds not for time, 2 x 5 push press, 10 supine leg raises, 2 x 5 box burpees. Rest as necessary between sets.
