Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Jog 800m (5min)

2. Posterior chain floss 2 min./side and Hip capsule mobilization 2 min./side (10min)

3. Deadlift

  • 3-3-3-2-2-2.

Twenty minutes to work up to your best double of the day. Try to make your heavy triple from last week your first double today. (20 min)

4. “Ele” 3 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 200m
  • 21 Kettlebell swings 53/35
  • Run 200m
  • Rest 3 minutes

*Goal is consistent, fast rounds and unbroken kettlebell swings, American swings are preferred if appropriate. This is training for “Helen” which is coming up soon.
