1. Technique review: 7 positions of the muscle snatch. Should you power snatch? Pass this screen. 8 positions of the power snatch. (5 min)

2. 10 minutes deliberate practice of the positions of the power snatch.

3. Warm up to your working weight.

  • 30 Power snatch
