1. Review as a group the elements of the pre-class dynamic warm-up.
2. Practice Turkish get-ups for ten minutes.
3. "Space Ghost" AMRAP 15 30 Air squats 10 GHD sit-ups
Level III: as rx'd. Level II: GHD sit-ups or tuck crunches Level I: three rounds not for time of 10 air squats and 10 sit-ups. Remain in the hole of your squat for a count of three on each rep, working on optimizing your bottom position.
Those hardy souls who did 14.3 yesterday would be well advised to sit out this WOD and treat today as recovery and mobilization session.
