Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Technique review: building the toes to bar and the GHD Sit-up.. (10 min)

2. Three rounds: 5 box jumps, 5 pull-ups, 5 burpees. (5 min)

3. “Wheezy”

For time:

  • 50 Box jumps 24/20”
  • 50 Toes-to-bar
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 GHD sit-ups

20 min cut-off.

 

4. Review, as a group, the mobilizations for June (20 min)
