Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.
1. Foam roll for 15 minutes.
2. Review, as a group, the elements of the pre-class dynamic warm-up (10 min)
2. "Glenn Hughes" Pull-ups Sit-ups Double-unders
LIII: 30-25-20 reps for time, GHD sit-ups, double-unders x 4 (i.e., 120, 100, 80) LII: 30-20-10 reps for time, GHD sit-ups or tuck crunches, double-unders x 3. If your double-unders are developing, practice for three minutes, two minutes, one minute. Level I: three rounds of 10-15-10 and two minutes DU practice.
Cut-off is 20 minutes.
3. With time remaining, April mobilizations. Have fun!
