2. "You're Married to the Sea" Row 20 minutes for max distance.
Level III and Level II: as rx'd. Score is distance in meters. Level I: row for 10 minutes.
Depending on class size, this workout may run in heats, with half the class starting with the row, and the other with foam rolling.
