2. Five minutes deliberate practice of the positions of the power clean.
3. “Vulcan Mind Meld” In teams of two: AMRAP 20
- 7 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 7 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run
Athletes A and B both complete the power cleans and burpees, then run the 200m together.
