Congratulations to all of our members who came to celebrate or complete Open WOD 15.1! Here is our Megan G. who jumped right into her first Open season. Great job!

LIII: 20/12" box step ups with a pair of 70/53lbs kettlebells, ring push-ups.

LII: 20/12" box step ups with a pair of 53/35lbs kettlebells. Select from T2B movement hierarchy as appropriate, standard push-ups

LI: Row 1k, then Three rounds not for time of 10 supine leg raise, 10 farmer's carry box step-ups, 10 push-ups.

Teams of two. Divide work equally.
