2. “Ten in the Hole”: 1-2-3-2-1 squat positional drill, 10 sec in 3, three sets

3. Technique review: the wallball

4. "Jackie's Snowball":

Teams of 3 athletes. Each athlete will complete two rounds of Row 1000m 50 Wallballs 30 Pull-ups

Time is called when all three athletes have finished their rounds.

 

LIII: wallballs @ 30/20 pounds LII: wallballs @ 20/14 pounds, scale pull ups as necessary LI: row 500m, then (five rounds not for time of: 10 wallballs, 10 ring rows) finish with 500m row.
