Review, as a group, the elements of the pre-class dynamic warm-up.

1. “Team Chelsea”

 In teams of 3, EMOM 30

5 Strict chin-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

 

Each athlete performs one exercise on the minute, rotating with each minute. At the end of the workout, each should have accrued 50 chin-ups, 100 push-ups, and 150 squats.

LII: scale chin-ups, push-ups as necessary

3 Ring Rows

4 Push-ups

5 Squats
