  • 10 Cossack Squats (5/side)

In teams of two, three rounds for time of

  • Run 800m
  • 100 Wallballs 20/14lbs
  • 100 Double-unders

Run as a team, then divide the rest of the work evenly.

LIII: as rx’d

LII: Three rounds of:

  • Run 800m
  • AMRAP 6 Wallballs and double-unders. If your double-unders are still developing, practice until your partner is done with his wallballs. Then switch.

LI: Three rounds not for time of run 400m, 3x5 wallballs, 2 minutes double-under practice.
