1. Review, as a group, the elements of the pre-class dynamic warm-up. (15 min)
2. 1 round not for time of: 20m bear crawl, 20m ostrich walk, 20m inchworms
3. "Team Airborne Johnny" In teams of three, AMRAP 20
- Run 400m
- Max burpees
Athlete A runs 400m while B and C, working one at a time, do burpees. When A returns, C heads out on the run, while A and B do work. When C gets back, B heads out, and etc. Score is total reps for your team.
LIII and LII: as rx'd. LI: five rounds of run 400 and 8 burpees.
