3. "Team Kelly" In teams of 2, five rounds for time of 30 Wallballs 30 Box jumps
At "3, 2, 1, go!" Athlete A starts in on wallballs while Athlete B runs 200m. When Athlete B returns A heads out, as B picks up wherever A left off (e.g., the 29th wallball, the 3rd box jump, etc).
LIII and LII: 20/14lbs medicine ball, 24/20" box jumps
LI: 20 reps/ round, 3 rounds
4. With time remaining, May mobilizations. Have fun!
