2. Technique review: building the handstand push-up. Down dog push-up, pike push-up from box, handstand push-up, kipping handstand push-up. (10 min)
3. “Delerium Tremendous II”
- 7 Deadlifts
- 5 Hang power cleans
- 3 Handstand Push-ups
One bar. Athlete A starts with deadlifts, Athlete B with HSPU. Chase each other. When you’ve both completed three rounds, run 400m as a team. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
LII: 50% Power clean 1RM, HSPU as appropriate
