We're adding two new classes: Sean's linear progression for barbell strength, "A Straight Line, a Goal", takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm, and Saturday morning at 10:30am. Open Gym will occur concurrently.
Jim Rego will also be offering his popular Sunday Mobility and Recovery class four times a week: 815pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:15am Wednesdays, and 11am Sundays. If you CrossFit, you NEED to get mobile. Find the time to benefit from Jim's expertise!
