Nutrition Class- Starts Monday, February 17th, offered in Northampton and Hadley Mondays at 6:45pm at PVCF West in Northampton, and Wednesdays at 7:20pm in Hadley. You know that proper nutrition is crucial to success in the gym. But sorting out all the different options available to you can be crazy-making...let Ryan Katz provide you with the info you need to make decisions about what's right for you while also learning proper habits aimed at healthy progression. Each class will focus on a different aspect of nutrition, along with tips for integrating sound nutritional practices with your busy lifestyle. Led by Ryan Katz, there will be one weekly topic offered both Monday and Wednesday so that all members will get the opportunity to attend.

Oly Lifting Class- Starts Wednesday, February 19th in Northampton Wednesdays and Fridays in the PVCF West Oly Room, 5:00pm-6:30pm. Want to improve your weightlifting? Perrin Hendrick will lead this class for those interested in more in-depth lifting practice.
