2. “Popeye” In teams of 2 4 Rounds of: AMRAP 2: Calorie Row Rest 2 minutes AMRAP 2: 10m Farmer’s Carry Rest 2 minutes

Score is total Calories/10m Farmers Carry per team. If Rowers and weights are limited, go in teams of 3 or 4, athletes A and B rest while C and D work at stations. LIII: 70/53 LII/I: 53/35 or scale weight as needed
