Do this workout in teams.

Competitors: 25 muscle cleans and 8 rope climbs/athlete/round

CrossFitters: 15 muscle cleans and 5 rope climbs/athlete/round

Novices: 10 muscle cleans and 5 scaled rope climbs/athlete/round.

Teams must run together and all members must complete run before beginning reps. Teams may partition reps and rotate stations as desired.

Tall socks or track pants are required to climb ropes. Have fun!
