PVCF Winter Rowing Club
Pioneer Valley CrossFit is pleased to announce the start of its Winter Rowing Club!
This program is open to all PVCF members and select non-members. The Rowing Club is a great way to polish skills on the ergometer, as well as increase overall endurance, and can be done in conjunction with regular CrossFit classes. The program is led by Laura Hutchinson in coordination with PVCF. Winter Rowing Club will run for 3 months and concludes with participation in the Crash B's! (Competition shall be optional.)
Classes will be held 3 times weekly in Northampton: on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., Thursday 6:30 a.m., and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. Rowing Club classes will be closed after a rolling admission in the first three weeks. Rowing members are required to attend at least one class per week and make the up any missed sessions during Open Gym.
An informational meeting will be held Sunday, November 30th at Noon in Northampton. The first official class shall be Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:30 p.m. For more information please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
