New ClassesFirst off: to keep classes from getting overcrowded, we’re adding classes starting February 1st. Four classes in the morning, one on the hour from 6am to 9am. Four in evening, with ten minute breaks in between.8am will be a new “CrossFit Lifestyle” class, with more emphasis on increasing mobility and general quality-of-life-dependent functional movement. Please note “Powers of Ten” strength class will be moving to Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30.

Saturday Free Intro Class On Saturdays at noon we’ll be offering a free Intro class for anyone interested in CrossFit.

On-Ramp Series Three classes to introduce the theory and practice of CrossFit. New PVCF athletes will be required to atttend all three classes before they can enter group classes. If Monday’s class is missed, it can be made up on Tuesday night. Wednesday’s class can be made up on Thursday, and Friday’s on Saturday. If you must miss a class and can’t make it to the repeat class, you can make it up with a private. If none of the On-Ramp classes fit your schedule, two private lessons will cover the same material. Evenings: M-Tu-W-Th-F @ 6:20pm Mornings: Tu-Th @ 7am Saturday: 9am

New Student Rates $140/month And a crazy good deal for those willing to pay up front for the semester: February 1st through May 31st for $450 (expires Feb 15th) To qualify for student rate, you must provide a current class schedule to proof you are enrolled full-time (taking at least 12 credits).
