His overhead support position is too far back--barbell should be balanced just behind the ear, over the mid foot/heel.
Rope climbing technique:
The "J hook" technique those guys describe is similar to what we teach; however, in our method, the rope is not wrapped around behind the lower leg, but threads across the shin and then under the foot. This cuts down on rope burns. Don't forget to wear tall socks for the climbs!
