1. Warm-up A: 100 Double-unders (5 min)
2. Warm-up F: Four rounds w/ empty barbell of 3 deadlifts, 3 power (or muscle) cleans, 3 front squats, 3 press, 3 push press, 3 push jerks. (5 min)
3. Push jerk
Seven sets to work up to the heaviest single you can handle today. (15 min)
4. Warm up and set up for WOD (10 min)
4. “Gavin Belson” For time:
- 50 box jumps 24/20” box
- 50 Toes-to-bar
- 50 Push jerks
- 50 Muscle cleans
(20 min cut-off)
LIII:use 50% of your push jerk 1RM LII: box height as appropriate. Push press if not cleared to push jerk. LI: three rounds not for time of 10 box jumps, 10 supine leg raises, 10 push presses, 10 muscle cleans.
