Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Five minutes deliberate practice: 3 positions of the back squat w/ “five in the hole”. Concentrate on externally rotating the leg to create torque at the hip.

2. Deadlift 10-10-10-10-10. Sets across, or work up to a best set of 10.

3. "Cinderella"

Ten rounds for time of

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

LIII: 20lbs weight vest

LII: as rx’d

LI: Eight rounds not for time of 5 ring rows, 5 push-ups, 7 squats. Rest as necessary between sets.
