  • 40 Snatches 95/65lbs
  • Run 400m
  • 40 Cleans 95/65lbs
  • Run 200m
  • 40 Back squats 95/65lbs
  • Run 400m
  • 60 Push-ups
  • Run 800m
  • 60 Pull-ups

Run as a team. Divide the rest of the work evenly.

LIII: as rx’d

LII: snatches and clean, power snatch + overhead squat and power clean + front squat, or muscle snatch + overhead squat and muscle clean + front squat, as appropriate

LI: run 800m, 10 muscle cleans, run 400m, 10 muscle snatches, run 200m, 10 front squats, run 100m, 2 x 10 push-ups, 2 x 10 ring rows.
