Jovan James has been doing Crossfit for 4 years. Jovan is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and has Kids Crossfit and Crossfit endurance certifications. He believes that Crossfit is truly amazing in that it really prepares you for all of your athletic endeavors. He has also developed a breathing system for Crossfit athletes called CHiFit. It is a methodology of breathing that allows you to maximum your oxygen intake while allowing your internal energy to help you move weight. Jovan is currently a PVFC, OCR, endurance competitor, and a competitive jiu jitsu practitioner. When he is not working out...which is hardly ever. He loves to spend time with his wife and 2 sons who also enjoy Crossfit.
