Review, as a group, the elements of the pre-class dynamic flexibility warm-up.
1. Technique review: 10 positions of the Turkish get-up
2. Ten minutes deliberate practice of the positions of the Turkish get-up. You can go heavy IF your positions remain ideal.
3. Three slow, careful rounds of 5 kip swings, 5 push-ups, 5 squats. Pay attention to fine points of technique like using external rotation to create torque in your ball-and-socket joints.

Seven rounds for time of:
- 35 squats
- 25 push-ups
- 15 pull-ups
LIII: as rx’d
LII: five rounds
LI: four rounds not for time of 12 squats, 11 push-ups, 10 pull-ups
