Then two rounds of pistols x 5/side, kipping toes-to-bar x 10, contralateral dumbbell single-leg Romanian deadlifts x 5/side, 10 headstand push-ups, 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

2. Strength

  • Deadlift 5-3-1+ (75-85-95%)
  • Press 5-3-1+ (75-85-95%)

3. “Bad Brains”

  • 40-30-20-10 Kettlebell swings
  • 20-15-10-5 Pistols (alternating)
  • 20-15-10-5 Ring dips
