2. Five minutes practice of the rope climb
3. Technique review: five positions of the thruster. Barbell or dumbbell thrusters—which one is right for you? (5 min)
4. Five minutes deliberate practice of the thruster.

- 10 Thrusters (95/65)
- 2 Rope climbs

LII: scale thruster and load as appropriate
LI: four rounds not for time of run (scale distance as appropriate), 2 x 5 thrusters, 1 rope climb
