In teams of two, ten rounds for time

  • 2 Rope climbs
  • 15 Wallballs 20/14lbs

Athletes switch back and forth. Both are responsible for all work. 20 minute cut-off

LIII: as rx’d

LII: scale rope climb and medball load as appropriate

LI: 6 rounds not for time of 1 rope climb (plank or from floor), 8 wallballs.

With time remaining, mobilize, and strategize for Saturday’s Open WOD!
