Our PVCF Family is the best medicine! In June, the Surgeon General shared that the greatest public health crisis isn’t cancer or heart disease. It is isolation and the effects from being socially disconnected. Here is Coach Ayn sharing some laughter with PVCF athletes, Loren Davine, Amy McMahan, and Anthony Hatch before the WOD.
