Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.
1. Technique review: the eight positions of the dumbbell power snatch. Five minutes deliberate practice (10 min)
2. Technique review: setting up for the bench press (5 min)
3. Bench press 10-10-10-10-10.
- Work your way up to your best set for the day.
- Superset w/ sets of 10 bent-over barbell row.
4. “Jupiter Ascending”
- 5 Dumbbell power snatch
- 10 Burpees
Switch hands each round.
LIII: 60/40lbs db snatch
LII: 40/25lbs db snatch, burpees, step-up burpees, box burpees as appropriate
LI: 8 rounds of 3 db muscle or power snatch, 5 box burpees, rest as necessary between sets.
