3. Deadlift

20 minutes to work up to the heaviest triple you can handle today.

4. “Helprin” Three rounds for time of:

  • Row 500m
  • 21 Kettlebell swings
  • 12 Handstand push-ups

LIII: American swings @ 53/35lbs LII: Russian or American swings as appropriate, handstand push-up exercise as appropriate LI: three rounds not for time of run 400m, 10 Russian swings, 10 DB press
