👉Divide Reps Evenly, One athlete works at a time, Switch out as needed. Athletes do work in 10m increments (20 minute cut-off)

LIII: as Rx’d
LII: 53/35 Carries, Adjust weight as needed for overhead carries or unweighted as appropriate.
LI: Athlete is responsible for 60m Farmers Carry and Bear Crawl each set, 60 Unweighted walking lunges,
