Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Warm-up F: 3 rounds w/ empty barbell of 3 deadlifts, 3 power (or muscle) cleans, 3 front squats, 3 press, 3 push press, 3 push jerks. (10 min)

2. Deadlift
20 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 3 for the day.

100 Double Unders
12 Deadlifts  225/153
21 Box Jumps 24/20”
(15 minute cut-off)

LIII: as Rx’d
LII: Deadlifts @155/108 or scale weight as needed. Scale Box jump height as appropriate. Practice DUs for 2:30 minutes each round.
LI: 3 Rounds of
2:30 minute Double under practice
9 Deadlifts
12 Box Jumps or Step Ups
