 Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Warm-up E: Reverse lunges x 5/side, 10 strict toes-to-bar, single-leg Romanian deadlifts x 5/side, kick up to handstand x 5, 10 kip swings. Then two rounds of pistols x 5/side, kipping toes-to-bar x 10, contralateral dumbbell single-leg Romanian deadlifts x 5/side, 10 headstand push-ups, 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

50 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/35
50 Toes to Bar
50 Thrusters 45/33
50 Burpees
50 HSPUs

LIII: as Rx’d
LII: Scale Box Jumps, Overhead Lunges,Thrusters as Burpees as needed. Sub straight leg raise or toes to ceiling as needed. Sub down dog pike press/box pike press or DB press as needed.
LI: 30 box jumps or step ups
30 walking lunges
30 Toes to Ceiling
30 Thrusters
30 burpees
30 DB Press
