1. Warm-up: start with a 500m row then
2 Rounds of: 10 Scapular Push-ups, 5/side Spiderman lunge, and 5/side Staggered stance good morning

2. Run Prep: Toy Soldiers, Walking Lunges, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Knee Grabs, Cariocas, Leg Swings, Ankle Mob

3. 🌈🐇”Jumping Jack Flash”🐇🌈
5 Rounds of:
AMRAP 1: Box Jumps 30/24”
AMRAP 1: 10m Shuttle Runs
AMRAP 1: Ring Plank
AMRAP 1: Kettlebell Swing 53/35
