👉Tuesday Schedule: 6.00 a.m., 8.00 a.m., 9.15 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 4.15 p.m., 5.30 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. WOD classes
with Open Gym from 6.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., 3.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., and then from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Rowing Program from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. 

 Be sure to do your ten minutes of pre-class dynamic flexibility work.

1. Snatch Warm-up: 3 Rounds with empty bar of 3 Snatch Deadlift, 3 Snatch Pull, 3 Snatch High Pull, 3 Muscle Snatch, 3 Power Snatch

2. Deadlift 5RM

20 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 5 for the day.
