Competitors and CrossFitters: 20/14lbs medicine ball, 1.5/1 pood kettlebells

Keep your lowest interval from each exercise, then sum all for your score.

Novices: 4 x 10 pull-ups, 4 x 10 wall balls, 4 x 10 kettlebell swings, 4 minutes double-under practice, resting 30s between sets.
