Coach Ayn Toppin (She/Her)

Ayn is the Owner of Pioneer Valley CrossFit and has been leading the Coaching Team for over 8 years. She is a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer, and is also a CrossFit gymnastics coach, OPEX certified, and a certified Bikram yoga instructor. Ayn is a four-time North East CrossFit Games qualifier. Naturally athletic, she played division one soccer at the University of Oklahoma where she earned a BFA in Fine Art. Ayn is as accomplished in the arts as she is in athletics. She earned her MFA in painting from Colorado State in 2005 and it was there in 2008 that she started working out at a small CrossFit affiliate. It changed her life. For Ayn, training is more about self-actualization than fitness. She enjoys coaching because it gives her the chance to play a positive role in peoples lives.
