Package two brings you the best of package one surrounded with personalized food planning and lifestyle coaching!

Laura shall examine your habits and help you craft attainable goals. She will connect over the phone through three calls during your month long package. You'll be challenged to try new recipes, pre- and post- workout protocols, preparation strategies, and experience her support as you approach tricky situations. 

By the end of the month:
A meal plan will be created to help you face whatever challenge nutrition and life may throw your way!

This package level for most clients who want some individualized support and guidance and have a weight loss or gain goal of less than 10 pounds or has significant experience in being self directed on nutrition changes after some initial guidance.
