As a former Division One athlete, Mael brings his deep passion for functional movement and well-being to every client. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and relentlessly pursues his health and wellness education to better serve PVCF members and athletes throughout New England. Indeed, everyday is more excellent with Mael focus and care.
Ayn holds many CrossFit and fitness certifications and specializes in assessments and creating rehabilitation and goal-focused programming for all ages. With a background as a certified Bikram yoga instructor, CrossFit Regionals athlete, and Division One soccer player at the University of Oklahoma, Ayn brings a breadth of experience and insight for all of her clients. For Ayn, training is more about self-actualization than fitness.
Damian is the Head Trainer in our Hadley location. He is passionate about coaching at PVCF. He focuses on developing personal relationships and helping empower all of our members. He has competed in Martial Arts at the National level and coached competitive athletes for several years giving him insight into athletic development. He has learned about the body in relation to sports performance as an Undergraduate student in Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning internships at a Division-One Collegiate program.
Anyone who takes Heather's classes adores her attention to detail and her sense of humor. As a competitive CrossFitter, Heather's depth of training extend to clients with a vast range of goals. She welcomes all members and clients with her warm smile and personality.
LAUREN ABENDLauren is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and licensed Sports Massage Therapist who operates an independent practice in Hadley. She has been a Crossfit athlete for over 3 years and participates in other athletic endeavors such as running, biking, hiking and soccer. She is also a mother to two athletic sons. Lauren is passionate about movement and wellness, and is excited to help facilitate your path toward wellness and optimal functional movement.
