High intensity interval training (hiit) classes
Get more in less time! Our HIIT classes give you an all-out, one hundred percent effort experience. We use quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. These classes gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. These classes are perfect as a supplement to any type of training or someone looking to add a boost to their fitness!
