Need a jump start on making real changes to your nutrition and lifestyle? The PVCF 28-Day Nutrition Challenge is your first step on the path to creating healthy habits for a lifetime! Our Challenge is open to the public, you do NOT need to be a PVCF member to participate. Stop wasting your time with FAD diets, let the nutrition experts lead you in the right direction to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You will work directly with Coach Liz Eleftherakis who is our Head Nutrition Coach and our Challenge is designed by Registered Dietician Nicole Aucoin of Health Steps Nutrition.
