10 Deadlifts
1 Box jump
9 Deadlifts
2 Box jumps
8 Deadlifts
3 Box jumps
7 Deadlifts
4 Box jumps
6 Deadlifts
5 Box jumps
5 Deadlifts
6 Box jumps
4 Deadlifts
7 Box jumps
3 Deadlifts
8 Box jumps
2 Deadlifts
9 Box jumps
1 Deadlift
10 Box jumps

This workout should be short (5-8 minutes) but very intense. As far as loading goes, if you're an experienced athlete, bodyweight on the bar should work just fine. If you're relatively new, or have trouble maintaining proper lumbar extension over the course of many reps, BE CONSERVATIVE and keep the load to 75% of bodyweight or less. The box jump should be high enough to scare you a little in the later rounds. Happy birthday, Greg!

I could only manage a max 20 pound pull-up this morning. Gotta do more dead hangs!!! Hey Sean, I was wondering if I could use your weight vest for some of the wods?
Did this morning's wod in 7:35 using 170 pounds.

Hi Gang,
This looks like fun (in a CrossFit kind of way). I'm out for the count for awhile due to a car accident but I wish I could join in. To all the CrossFit EMT's and Firefighters, not to be sentimental but thanks for what you do. I had some great help in a terrifying situation and it made all the difference. To the rest of you-please, please always wear your seat belts. You never know when some moron is going to come flying across the median strip on the highway. Hopefully I'll be back soon!

6:39 with 65 lbs and 18" box jumps at FT w/ B...tough workout!
