For Thursday, June 18th:
"Angie"
For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
"Angie" is a "chipper"--all reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next. "Angie" should take 15-20 minutes. Scale the volume of your workout appropriately.
Never fear, that deadlift/box jump mishegas will show up as tomorrow's post-weight lifting conditioning WOD.

Angie almost killed me. Still can't do pull-ups for shit. I could only manage 67 pull-ups at the 8 minute cut-off. Angie took me 25:42. I'll do better when Angie comes around again. Hey Lisa, Jessica, and Perrin!!!!! It was nice working out with you.

I've gotta get my kip back. 65 pull-ups in seven minutes, resetting after just about every single rep, was kind of terrible.
But: 7 a.m. was a fun change of pace; hadn't had the opportunity to not remotely keep up with Cap'n Crossfit in weeks!
