As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
15 Box jumps
15 Push press
15 Pull-ups

For anyone who missed all the excitement, the long-established but only sporadically enforced "If you're late, you do burpees" rule is now being strictly observed. Late admittance to class costs 10 burpees. For the sake of my sanity, don't try to plea bargain. If you get there and class has already started, bang them burpees out and then join in. Please and thank you. Forever and ever, amen.

I'm also experimenting with doing away with the L1 and L2 classes. It may or may not work. Please be patient, and remember that all these various rules and mad schemes are all attempts at providing you, our athletes, with the best possible training environment.

Back after a week off and now feel really out of it. WOD was tough and I got only 3 2/3 rounds. Good to get back and sweat. Thanks Sean for pushing on form and getting back to basics.

Sorry to nitpick, but it is the
12th of June. (When counting down to the last day of school, these things are of utmost importance!) I want to try to come today but I need to leave by 5:15 at the latest. Is that possible, Sean?

You mean, if you come to the 4:30 class can you warm up and get the WOD done by 5:15? Absolutely.
