Max rep sit-ups, 1 min.

(Teams of two. Team with top combined score does not have to do 25 remedial push-ups apres workout.)

Great technique work on the power snatch today.

Metcon was also a good one although I am disputing the end-count and I willingly did my 25+ pushups!

my favorite thing to do at pvcf: the snatch. 65lbs endless times to TRY to get the technique down.
196 w/20lb dumbbell for the thrusters on the metcon. a good time tonight.

145 lbs. on the snatch. 212 on the metcon 25 lbs.
